Emergency Service Information
Emergency call-out fees apply to urgent service requests outside of normal business hours that require an immediate response. This includes vehicles that are disabled, unsafe to drive, or require same-day emergency assistance.
The emergency call-out fee covers priority dispatch, technician availability, and travel outside of regular business hours.
Roadside assistance services include an additional roadside assistance fee because repairs performed alongside active roadways require enhanced safety precautions, specialized equipment, and increased liability.
Please Note:
Emergency call-out fees apply only to after-hours emergency service.
Roadside assistance fees apply whenever repairs are performed on the roadside, regardless of the time of day.
Labor, parts, and applicable taxes are charged separately.
If an after-hours emergency also requires roadside assistance, both the emergency call-out fee and the roadside assistance fee may apply.
We'll always explain all applicable fees and provide an estimate before dispatching a technician—no hidden fees or surprise charges.
